The allegory of the cave is about how Socrates and his student Glaucon were having a conversation about the shadows trapped in the cave. The shadows in the cave were people that are trapped in darkness and cannot see into the light of day. They are chained up like barbarians. They only live in darkness and they don't believe in anything else. Socrates and Glaucon watch over the people as he explains that there is no light of day for the people that live in the darkness. None of them are able to escape and reach out into the light, therefore the shadow people are hopeless with no way to escape. If anyone of them attempt to reach out into the light they are given a very painful punishment. They have no other choice. They must suffer.

You included you own opinion
Before you post any work ensure that you proof read it to rectify any grammatical errors, especially making your I’s capital instead of common. Your summary was based on what was implied not on what was stated. You are better off saying exactly what the summary is about not what not what you think the writer is saying although u maybe right. The last paragraph was not part of the summary that was your own experience.
